Case Notes
This patient wanted to improve breast balance, shape, and overall symmetry. Because each breast had different needs, the surgical plan was carefully customized. A breast reduction was performed on the right side to remove excess tissue and create a lighter, more proportionate contour. On the left side, a breast lift was performed to reshape and elevate the breast without removing breast tissue.
Before surgery, detailed measurements and photographs were taken, and the planned changes were reviewed with the patient. Special attention was given to nipple position, breast proportions, and the natural differences between the two sides. This personalized approach allowed the surgeon to address each breast individually while working toward a more balanced overall appearance.
During the procedure, the patient was briefly positioned upright so the surgeon could evaluate the shape and symmetry of the breasts before completing the incisions. Adjustments were made as needed to support a natural-looking, harmonious result.
The surgery was completed successfully under general anesthesia with minimal blood loss and no complications. No drains were needed. After surgery, the incisions were protected with surgical dressings, and a supportive bra was applied to promote comfort during the initial healing period.
The patient recovered in stable condition and returned home later that day. These before-and-after photographs highlight the improvement in breast contour, nipple position, proportion, and symmetry achieved through a customized combination of right breast reduction and left breast lift surgery.
