Case Notes
This case features a 30-year-old female who underwent a breast lift (mastopexy) with minor reduction, with early results documented one day post-procedure. The pre-operative image demonstrates breast ptosis, with the nipple-areola complex positioned lower on the breast mound and reduced contour definition.
In the immediate post-operative image, there is visible elevation of the breast tissue and repositioning of the nipple-areola complex to a more central position. The breast contour appears reshaped, reflecting both lifting and a modest reduction in tissue volume. Surgical markings are present, outlining incision patterns around the areola and extending vertically to the inframammary fold. Expected early post-operative findings such as swelling and bruising are visible.
This case illustrates the initial anatomical changes following mastopexy with reduction, highlighting early-stage contouring and tissue repositioning prior to full healing.
