After a personalized consultation with Dr. Claudia Kim, she elected to undergo reduction mammaplasty (breast reduction) combined with axillary liposuction to create more proportionate breast and upper-body contours.
The procedure began with targeted axillary and lateral chest liposuction using specialized cannulas to remove localized fat and refine the area surrounding the breasts.
