Case Notes
This case features a 40-year-old female patient who underwent a breast reduction procedure, documented here at four months post-operative. The pre-operative image displays significant breast volume which could contribute to physical discomfort. Post-operatively, there is a noticeable reduction in breast size and volume, achieving a more balanced proportion relative to the patient’s body frame. The surgical technique utilized has resulted in well-positioned nipples and more defined breast contours. Incision lines are visible but are typical at this stage of healing and will continue to fade over time. This outcome illustrates the changes that can be achieved through surgical intervention while adhering to the desired aesthetic goals set forth in the pre-surgical consultation.
